Diocletian's Palace in Split should have been one of the ancient wonders of the world and still to this day dominates life in central Split; explore this fantastic city before setting sail for the idyllic island of Korcula, best known as the birthplace of Marco Polo. Enjoy dinner at one of the excellent restaurants on the island.
Your very comfortable ship heads further south to the island of Mljet where you can see the famous salt lakes in Mljet National Park or explore independently, before heading to the historic city of Dubrovnik where you can enjoy an optional cable car ride from the Old Town to Srd mountain for breathtaking views of the city walls and Elaphiti Islands.
Optional sightseeing in Korcula with options to try wine tasting at a local winery before dinning in one of the numerous seafront restaurants.
Explore Hvar which is known for its lavender fields and stunning scenery and visit the fisherman's town of Bol, before heading back to Split.

Mljet National Park
There are no future departures for this trip at this stage.
We sail from Split Harbour (About 13.00) heading towards Makarska, taking lunch as we cruise along the Dalmatian coast. We'll stop for an afternoon swim at one of the wonderful beaches en-route. From there, those feeling adventurous can join an optional river rafting excursion or zipline on the Cetina river, rejoining the ship in Makarska in the evening. Overnight in the port of Makarska which is well known for its numerous churches and other architectural and cultural sites.
We get under way quite early and head towards Mljet with a stop on the Peljesac peninsula for a refreshing swim. After lunch we will visit the salt lakes in Mljet National Park and enjoy the sun, sea and tranquility of this peaceful island. In the middle of the large lake, inside the National park, you can visit the monastery and church on St. Mary isle or just rent a bike (optional) and cycle around these stunning lakes. Overnight in port Polaca/Pomena.
We cruise to the spectacular walled city of Dubrovnik, the highlight of this cruise. We will arrive in Dubrovnik after lunch leaving plenty of time for you to explore on your own or join a guided tour of the city followed by an optional cable car ride up to Sr mountain for spectacular views of the old town. Take a walk through STRADUN both a street and a square, and promenade inside or along the 1,940 m long city walls! Overnight in the port of this magical town.
The morning is free so you have plenty of time to explore Dubrovnik. We will leave this magnificent town at around midday to continue our cruise towards Sipan island or the small town of Trstenik on the Peljesac Peninsula, where we will swim in the afternoon and spend the night. There will be an optional visit to a local winery.
After breakfast we head towards the island Korcula, the birthplace Marco Polo. We will have lunch on board in bay near Korcula before we moor in Korcula port. Surrounded by ancient walls and fortified bastions, Korculas old town is very well preserved with its highly unusual layout and structure dating back to 13th century. Optional sightseeing of Korcula and wine and appetizers tasting at a local winery and you are free to pick from the numerous seafront restaurants for dinner.
We plan to leave early to head towards the Pakleni Islands for lunch and a swim stop followed by optional afternoon sightseeing of Hvar, the longest island in the Adriatic. Hvar has a renaissance cathedral, still with its original tower, as well as the oldest community theatre in Europe, founded in 1612. Hvar offers abundant entertainment, excellent restaurants, bars and cafes that are open long into the night. Overnight in Hvar.
Our next stop is Brac island. We can swim at the most famous beach in Dalmatia Zlatni Rat near Bol (Known as the Golden Horn - its gravel promontory shifts from side to side as the wind and waves constantly change in shape). Bol is a typical fishermens village and is a popular tourist destination. After lunch we head back to Split for our last night. A swim break is planned in one of the many bays on Brac Island. Enjoy the view of Split Riviera as we cruise back into port. There is an optional guided tour of Split, a beautiful UNESCO world heritage site. Emperor Diocletian built a vast palace in Split, which was the biggest building in the world at the time, and Central Split is built into the remains of the palace which gives Split a unique feel.

The modern Captain Bota is a very comfortable vessel specifically designed to cruise the Dalamatian Coast of Croatia. The 41 metre long vessel has 18 air conditioned cabins and she carries a maximum of just 40 passengers. There's plenty of space to relax on the deck, in the sun or in the shade, in the saloon or in the lounge, and the crew provide lovely meals with fresh local produce. You can swim from the swim platform every day and explore the towns and ports we visit in the afternoons and evenings.
