ANGKOR SUITE - THE MEKONG PRINCESS SIGNATURE SUITE - The two Angkor suites located on the Bassac Deck, our two 560 square feet (52 square meters) Angkor Suites offer the most spacious and luxurious accommodations aboard the Mekong Princess. In addition to French doors opening onto a private veranda with seating area, the suites' floor-to-ceiling glass windows allow for breathtaking views of the passing scenery. The suites feature a king-size bed with a premium mattress and linens, a spa bath with a large soaking tub and glass rain shower, and a fully stocked minibar. Guests choosing one of the Angkor Suites enjoy an extra level of personal service, with complimentary laundry service, complimentary evening canapes and scented bath preparation, on request. APSARA SUITES - The four Apsara Suite are richly imbued with Cambodian imprints. The painting of Apsara fairy with her traditional dance and the patterns of the Good and the Evil of the Apsara vestiges are decorated in the middle of the room. The suite is located in mid-ship on Bassac Deck with 24 square meters leads customers to maximize the enjoyment easily. Your bedroom space will be given a feeling of a more open one connected to the outside world thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows with elegant patterned curtains. TONLE SUITE - The two suites was named after Tonle Sap - the beating heart of the lower Mekong. The Tonle suite has the dominant green colour as if it blends with the poetic beauty of the immense river region. Combined with French colonial architecture, the 30-square meters suite opens a spacious space with exclusive amenities to provide a 5-star standard experience to guests at Bassac Deck. Luxurious Boutique River Cruise Exploring the Mekong River & Mekong Delta. One of the smallest riverboats on the Mekong, with a maximum of only 28 guests in 14 luxurious suites, she has only two decks and this allows her unique access to cruise under the low bridges that cross the Saigon River and to cruise directly from or into the heart of Ho Chi Minh City It is one of the first cruise ship not to use plastic on board. Each passenger receives their own metal water bottle which they refill at filling stations in the lobbies of the ship. Local farmers providing hollow reeds for drinking straws which provide income opportunities for farming families and have replaced plastic straws. The ship operates a food waste management program to ensure no waste is placed in the river. No plastic bags are used or are available on the ship. We are totally committed to protecting the environment in which we cruise. The ship has been designed to cruise where other larger ships are unable to go and has been fitted-out beautifully in a Vietnamese, French colonial style. Built in Saigon to international design and safety standards, Mekong Princess was launched in 2015 and is considered the best constructed and most elegant vessel plying the waters of the Mekong River today.
