Thank you to all the remarkable staff on the Elysium. I want to acknowledge the work you’ve delivered to make this a memorable trip of a lifetime. Your generosity and warmth and skill and hard graft have made such a difference to my experience on this cruise. I am grateful for the outstanding meals prepared by Ersi and Mahommod, for Rohman who makes my bed, fold my pjs, cleans my bathroom, Elke who lights up every room she enters, George and Mark for their extraordinary compassion and generosity when I asked for assistance, Pascoli with his joy da vivre, Agus’s warm smile, for all the food prep, the staff running the engines, Julia and her top-quality massages, the men skilfully guiding the tenders and patiently returning for me as a late passenger, the beautiful young man who issues and collects the beach towels, the man who cheerfully helps me wash the sand from my feet. Thank you to Captain Apostolis, Stefanos and Diba, whose experience and accomplished skills, guided us through the Cyclades. It’s evident you work so hard, for such long hours, both in front of house and behind the scenes. And with exceptional consideration, good cheer and grace - I can’t express how thankful I am.
