DAY 1: Tromso (Embarkation)
Arrive in Tromsø and transfer to your small ship. This evening, get to know your fellow passengers during a Welcome Dinner.
DAY 2: Trollfjord, Lofoten Islands
See the world’s largest Viking longhouse. Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant then travel to Sund and later arrive in Reine. Tonight take a stroll with your Expedition Team under the midnight sun.
DAY 3: Bronnoysund, Torghatten
Take your choice of guided walks, including one to view the legendary ’hole’ in the mountain. Cruise past Vikingen and see the Arctic Circle monument. Sail through Bronnoysund and admire breathtaking Mount Torghatten. After a hike this afternoon return to your ship for dinner.
DAY 4: Trondheim
Arrive in Trondheim, founded in 997 and the capital of Norway during the Viking Age. Discover the world’s oldest open-air museum, the Norwegian Folk Museum, with its vintage buildings, stave church and Sámi huts. Learn about Norwegian daily life from the 16th century to the present.
DAY 5: Nordfjord, Olden
Sail into Nordfjord, which cuts its way inland to the mighty icefields of the Jostedal Glacier. Arrive at the village of Olden and pass beautiful lakes before being awed by the spectacular Briksdal Glacier.
DAY 6: Bygstad
Absorb the stunning scenery of Bygstad then continue to the open-air Sunnfjord Museum, home to antiquarian buildings set in an authentic cultural landscape. After stopping to explore, a picturesque drive takes you to Norway's Waterfall Road with many easily accessible cascades.
DAY 7: Sognefjord, Naeroyfjord, Flåm
Spend today cruising the majestic fjords of Norway. Begin on Sognefjord, the country’s largest fjord and the third longest in the world. Continue on to World Heritage-listed Nærøyfjord, lined on either side by rugged mountain peaks, tumbling waterfalls and emerald valleys. Tonight spend a relaxed evening in Flåm.
DAY 8: Flam, Undredal
Embark on one of Europe’s most scenic rail journeys along the Flåm Railway. Glide through countryside set more than 850 metres above sea-level. After lunch, traverse spectacularly remote countryside on the way to Undredal, a fanciful village on the beautiful Aurlandsfjord.
DAY 9: Bergen
Enjoy a private recital of some of Edvard Grieg’s most well-known classical masterpieces. Spend the day in the World Heritage-listed city of Bergen. Embark on a guided sightseeing tour of the old quarter then visit the home of Norway’s most famous composer, Edvard Grieg.
DAY 10: Rosendal, Hardangerfjord
Dock in the town of Rosendal and travel to the village of Sunndal. Walk to the serene Bondhus Lake, surrounded by a stunning backdrop of fjords and mountains.
DAY 11: Pulpit Rock, Lysefjord, Stavanger
Today choose between taking a hike to the stunning lookout at Pulpit Rock, or stay aboard for a scenic cruise through Lysefjord followed by a walk through Stavanger’s streets and visit the Canning Museum.
DAY 12: Kragero
Leave your small ship behind to board a canal boat and travel along one of the most beautiful waterways in the world – the Telemark Canal. Carved into the rock over a century ago, the canal connects the coast of Telemark with the Norwegian interior through a series of locks and canals.
DAY 13: Oslo
On a tour of Oslo see more than 200 sculptures at Vigeland Sculpture Park, then continue to the Viking Ship Museum. Later, visit the open-air Norsk Folkemuseum.
DAY 14: Marstrand, Skagen
In Skagen you have the choice of travelling to the northern tip of Denmark, or walking the town’s cobblestone streets. Enjoy a tour to the fishing village of Marstrand in northern Sweden. Reboard your ship and sail towards Skagen.
DAY 15: Disembark Ship, Depart Copenhagen
Disembark your ship and transfer to the airport for your onward flight or extend your stay in Copenhagen, enquire for details.

In Skagen you have the choice of travelling to the northern tip of Denmark, or walking the town’s cobblestone streets. Enjoy a tour to the fishing village of Marstrand in northern Sweden. Reboard your ship and sail towards Skagen.
